In 2009 many people found out just how harsh our economy can be
when millions lost their job and had to try to pay their rent/mortgage
and bills through unemployment benefits. People try to get employment
assistance but some find out that they ridiculously make too much
on their unemployment to be eligible for government help. It is
a whirl-wind effect and we are all caught up in the slow recovery
of the greatest recession since the great depression seventy years
ago.
Working online has become the best option for many people who are
having a hard time finding an outside job. In fact, more people are
starting to turn toward online work because it appears to be more
reliable and easier to find.
A large percentage of people have found their talent in writing,
if there is no talent they have the ability to at least write an
article and make it sound convincing and this is how many people
earn their income online. By writing different articles, manuscripts
or website related content for clients, a person can make a very
profitable living as long as they know what they are doing.
E-books are more popular than they have ever been since most people
have a multimedia plug and play device such as an Ipod that they
can download e-books to or even to look up online articles. How-to
articles and E-books are very popular. All it takes is the knowledge
or research in a particular area for someone to accomplish the task
of writing an E-book. The same goes for an article, many writers
are earning up $100 per article they write depending on the subject.
Generally, a 500 word article can be sold for $10-$15 to article
marketing sites and individual clients.
There are many "get-rich" programs out there on the internet
and they all promise one thing, "Earn up $1500-$3000 daily."
These programs generally ask for a small payment up front before
you begin and sometimes it is just a scheme while others present
you with a way to earn money through their program as promised.
It is ultimately up to the person viewing the ad whether or not
they want to proceed, however there are many other ways to earn
money by working online. Here are just a few options:
- Buy from a wholesaler and resell online at places like Amazon.com
or Ebay.com
- Complete a certain amount of surveys daily
- Write and sell E-books or articles online
- Set-up a service online such an advice line, online cookbook or
something else you feel passionate about

Unemployment in running rampant in this country. But hardworking,
highly skilled people are out there. With the invention of the internet,
has come an interesting way to find work. I'm not talking about websites
that list thousands and thousands of jobs with large lists of requirements
and degrees.
I'm talking about sites like Sideskills.com that provide talented
people a place to let employers find them. Sideskills is a place for
employers, employees, skilled people, and businesses. It allows people
to sell themselves with the skills they already possess. Potential
employers will post job vacancy and allow people to find them or you
can post your resume and allow people to find you based on your skill
sets.
Sideskills is the fastest growing social employment and "meCommerce"
platform on the internet. They allow you to connect with your Facebook,
Gmail or Yahoo account, so signup is a snap. What are you waiting
for? Stop browsing the mega-job boards, strewn with SPAM and get rich
quick schemes. Post your actual skills and let employers find you
based on them. Don't go out there looking for a job. Post your resume
and skills on SideSkills and let the job find you!

Online work is not for everyone but it is a way to earn some money
while you are between jobs or have fallen into the unemployment
rate. To be successful in working online however, you must treat
it like a typical job work the hours between 9-5 and make sure you
have a website and an email address to get your contacts.
The other day I was surfing around the web, as I do nearly every
day to look for new micro jobs when I came across a website I had
never seen before. Side Skills is a website completely devoted to
helping the average job seeker find a new job and there are so many
jobs floating around on their website. However, that is not it;
it is also a social site as well. This means you can open up your
social circle while finding a job.
It was very simple and easy. At first, I thought I would have to
go through a long line of answering questions before I was accepted
but it was as easy as signing up for any other social networking
site, except for it's not like any other networking that I've seen
yet.
You do not have to worry about spam and you do not have to worry
about placing bids on jobs, which, let's face it can be dreadfully
annoying. All I had to do was sign up, create a profile, list my
experience through a portfolio, place a few photos up and I was
already starting to connect with other users. By the end of the
day, I was already receiving offers for a new job.
I have and will continue to recommend this site to everyone I know.
